As Senior Product Manager, you are the guiding force for your team as you take ownership of our debt collections and garnishment systems, assuming accountability, guiding the product vision, and maintaining a clear roadmap every step of the way to deliver business- and customer-driven outcomes.
Using your roadmap, you align the products Collections strategy, regulatory requirements, and global direction, and cultivate a concise and well-defined backlog, always knowing where to prioritise to drive impact and outcome.
As the central point of contact, you bring together IT, architecture, vendors, and other partners, while working closely with Collections Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Analytics.
When it comes to cross-country initiatives, you represent local needs and ensure alignment with Global standards – escalating conflicts where needed.
Everything you do drives the transformation of Collections towards the Global Target Operating Model. Here, you identify gaps, translate them into meaningful roadmap actions, and help bring global solutions to life at the local level.

Several years of practical experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst working in a complex, regulated environment
