Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :
As a Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer, you will:
* Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.
* Stay ahead of regulatory and market developments.
* Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver seamless client service.
* Represent clients in financial transactions and regulatory matters with professionalism and expertise.
Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile:
We are looking for a professional who brings:
* A Master's degree in Law and the CCDL
* At least 2 years of relevant experience within a law firm, in banking and finance.
* Fluency in English and French; knowledge of German is a real plus.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
* A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently.
