The team is hiring an IT Support Employee to provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless IT operations across systems and environments. Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations
* Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and handle onboarding/offboarding processes
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 tools, including email, collaboration, and security services
* Maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers, clients, virtual machines, and related infrastructure
* Configure and manage networks, including VLANs, VPN access, and security settings
* Support and manage mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
* Apply updates, patches, and backups while implementing IT security measures
* Keep documentation up to date and assist in the setup or relocation of IT equipment
* Take part in IT improvement projects and contribute to system enhancements
Skills/Must have:
* Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable technical qualification
* Several years of hands-on experience in IT support and system administration
* Strong knowledge of the areas listed above, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Flexible, reliable, and able to perform under pressure while keeping a customer-focused mindset
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Fluent in German with good English proficiency
Salary:
* €55,000 salary per annum
