About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent player in the energy industry, known for their innovative solutions and strong market presence. They are seeking a Procurement Specialist (m/w/d) to join their team in Dusseldorf, starting on July 1, 2025. This role is crucial in supporting their procurement operations and ensuring efficient contract management.
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Maximize value in procurement processes and project outcomes
* Lead sourcing strategies and manage supplier contracts effectively
* Ensure efficient procurement operations while maintaining compliance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve best commercial outcomes
* Manage supplier relationships and ensure reliable supply chains
Ihre Qualifikation:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the energy industry or procurement
* Background in direct and indirect services procurement
* Proven track record in managing large procurement projects and tenders
* Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Ivalua
* Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting requirements
* Good analytical mindset and willingness to drive performance
* Creative and open-minded with a good sense of humor
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in international teams and willingness to travel internationally would be plus
* At least B2 level in English and German; additional languages are a plus
