We are looking to expand sales and strengthen our position with international pharmaceutical customers.
Location: Based in Europe
Your role in our team
* Accountable for agent’s performance within the sales organization in EMEA
* Evaluate performance of sales agents and create agent development strategies
* Ensure agents adhere to selling guidelines associated with Group guidelines and partner expectations
* Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies and goals based on feedback from the market
* Guide regional sales activities of agents including leading the development of sales plans to meet business growth objectives
* Collaborate across functional and product groups to plan and drive innovative improvements to methodologies, strategy, and processes
* Maintain long-term relationships with agents
* Ensure agents receive sufficient training of the product portfolio
* Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of all revenue and production, on a monthly and quarterly reporting basis for assigned agents
* Accountable for renewal of agent contracts and addenda to agreed retention, deal parameters, and financial and commercial points
* Responsible and drives yearly budget process and target setting
* Responsible for enforcing Körber tools (e.g. CRM system) with agents
Your profile
* University degree or equivalent in business, economics, engineering or related fields
* Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that deliver customer-focused product offerings on-time
* Knowledge of the payroll industry is preferred, but not required
* Distinctive goal and result orientation and high decision-making ability
* Safe handling of reporting and control tools in sales (e.g. sales planning) as well as control of employees using key figures (KPIs) and proactive derivation of recommendations for action
* Organizational talent, initiative, and perseverance
* High level of enthusiasm and motivation
* Ideally, own professional experience in telephone outbound sales - if possible, in the B2B environment (expansion of customer relationships)
* Very good MS Office and Salesforce CRM (Salescloud) knowledge
* Fluency in German and English in both, verbal and written communication
* Willingness to travel
