Your responsibilities will be to:
* Provide telephone and written customer support and processing inquiries
* Support the order management process
* Create new customer profiles and maintaining customer master data
* General administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail
Our requirements:
* You are currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Languages and Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
* Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
* Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* A reliable, structured, and self-driven working style
* Strong team spirit, openness, and motivation to contribute to shared success
