Key Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing operational matters, analysing financial and administrative data, ensuring compliance with established procedures, recording data in the computer system, managing account openings with custodian banks, setting up management instructions with financial managers and handling follow-ups related to operational processing.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners and sales teams on operational matters.
* Analyse and process financial and administrative operations from clients and partners.
* Record data and operations in the computer system.
* Manage account openings with custodian banks and set up management instructions with financial managers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree with a focus on finance or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in life insurance or financial services, preferably in a similar role.
* Good knowledge of life insurance products and services, AML procedures and related processes.
* Strong analytical skills, flexibility, precision and organisational skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and one other Nordic language (Finnish or Swedish).
