Role Summary
We are currently partnered with an exciting ophthalmology Medical Device company in Germany, looking for a North German Sales Representative.
In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will play a key role in driving business success. Collaborating closely with the Customer Service and Marketing teams, you will build strong client relationships, represent the company at trade fairs and events, and develop a solid customer network across northern Germany
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets, profit margins, and market share goals
* Expand the customer base and acquire new business
* Execute strategic sales initiatives to deliver results
* Launch and promote new products within the assigned budget
* Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty
* Identify and convert potential prospects into customers
* Grow market share within the assigned region
* Manage consignment stock effectively
* Understand customer needs and respond proactively
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience
* Demonstrated ambition in selling surgical products to surgeons, private clinics, and hospitals
* Strong passion for promoting product quality and performance
Skills/Certifications
* Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
* Self-organized and team-oriented
* Well-structured with a focus on efficient, results-driven approaches
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Educational Background
* Commercial and/or scientific background with 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
* Experience in the optical field is advantageous
