Your tasks
10. Responsible for timely processing of inquiries and complaints in accordance with ISO quality system and country organization requirements, including classification, investigation, documentation and resolution of cases.
11. Resolve cases in assigned area, in consultation with experienced team members as necessary, in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
12. Responsible for risk assessments of product quality issues and deriving appropriate actions.
13. Support quality assurance by reviewing cases and analyzing customer satisfaction for process optimization.
14. Induction of new employees and interface with country organizations, including communication of quality related information.
15. Responsible for planning and conducting complaint investigations and working with internal global functions.
Your profile
16. Completed studies/university of applied sciences in medical technology, chemistry, biology, biotechnology or comparable training with several years of professional experience
17. Experience in the diagnostics/research market
18. German language skills, business fluent English (B-Level), other foreign languages an advantage
19. Structured, independent way of working
20. GMP and regulatory knowledge
21. Knowledge of statistics, databases, graphics, word processing and technical documentation
22. Understanding of the laboratory environment and product application
