You can look forward to
* Conducting capacity development analyses within the Hannover Re Group
* Monitoring and tracking of approved positions
* Managing and enhancing the position application process and evaluation of insourcing cases
* Preparing documents for the Executive Board and reports for the management
* Contact person for capacity requirements as well as advice and support for managers and our global human resources teams
* Contributing to cost controlling activities, such as cost center planning, variance analysis, and reporting
You come equipped with
* A completed degree in business administration, economics, controlling or a comparable field of study
* Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on capacity planning or personnel controlling
* A good understanding of numbers paired with very good Excel skills
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage
* German and English at a business fluent level as well as strong communication skills and a confident manner
* A structured, detail-oriented and independent way of working
