Position Overview Business Development MWC EMEA is a dedicated team focused on driving the growth and development of the Manual Wheelchair (MWC) business across the EMEA region. The team accelerates growth within the existing portfolio while identifying and launching new products and product areas, leading strategic initiatives, supporting sales growth, and exploring M&A opportunities to strengthen and expand the offering. AsCommercial Specialist Manual Wheelchairs (MWC) EMEA, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth of the MWC portfolio across EMEA. You will translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans, lead product launches, and support local markets through training, opportunity identification, and demand generation. The role reports to the Senior Director EMEA MWC Business Development and works closely with country Sales teams, Marketing, and Innovation to turn strategy into market-ready results. Location: EMEA, - preferably Germany, France, Belgium | Travel required Key responsibilities: Own and execute the commercial growth plan for the MWC category across EMEA (volume, mix, margin). Act as a sparring partner for sales managers and reps to elevate performance in key product segments. Plan and deliver internal and external commercial trainings; provide input to sales playbooks, objection handling and competitive tools. Join key customer visits, distributor meetings and trade shows as the EMEA MWC commercial expert. Support development of sales incentives and campaigns together with Sales and Marketing. Monitor reimbursement and healthcare regulatory changes, and propose how we respond and leverage opportunities with Health Economics. Develop and implement new sales approaches and initiatives to secure future growth. Qualifications: University degree or clinical/technical education (e.g. OT/PT); valid driveru2019s license. Extensive commercial salesu202f experience (typically 5 years) in mobility/assistive technology, medical devices or related fields; ideally manual wheelchairs and/or seating & positioning. Proven track record of growth and successful product launches in an EMEA context, preferably in dealer markets. Experience working cross-functionally and across multiple countries. Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage. Strong customer focus, solid commercial and analytical skills, intercultural competence and confident communication/presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM. Who are you?
