Job Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a Senior Officer to join our team. This role will involve providing high-quality accounting services, including day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in accounting, have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, and be proficient in LuxGAAP, IFRS, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks;
* Reconciling bank statements;
* Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports;
* Drafting annual accounts and financial statements;
* Preparation of eCDF reports;
* Reviewing delegated tasks to more junior accountants;
* Following up on audit queries;
* Various administrative tasks related to client portfolios.
You will also need to possess excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additionally, you will be expected to display a positive attitude, team spirit, and enthusiasm for your work.
Requirements
* Diploma in accounting (BTS, Bachelor's degree or Graduate/Master's degree);
* Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (accounting or audit);
* Good knowledge and understanding of accounting rules and principles;
* Working experience in LuxGAAP (IFRS and/or consolidation experience would be an advantage);
* Fluency in English; Any other language is considered an asset.
