Home Office based Technical Sales role with Cimcool, managing existing and new B2B industrial customers across Sachsen and Thüringen. As a global leader in metalworking fluids and customised chemical solutions, Cimcool supports machining and manufacturing operations across Europe through a network of distributors and OEM partners. In this field based Außendienst role, you will be responsible for providing technical consultation, developing existing accounts and acquiring new customers within your territory, working closely with production, process engineering and procurement teams. Your Role You will balance strategic account development with hands on technical engagement at customer sites. Responsibilities include supporting distributor partners, advising customers on fluid performance in machining environments, identifying process improvement opportunities and developing new business within your territory. This is a customer facing technical Außendienst position with ownership of regional growth and long term commercial relationships. What you’ll do • Manage and grow sales across your territory, building strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors • Develop and execute sales and marketing programmes for targeted markets and product lines • Negotiate local contracts and agreements with customers and partners • Lead global/European account activity in your region, including pricing discussions • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets • Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise to customers and distributors • Track trends, competitor activity, and sales opportunities using CRM tools Must-haves • Chemical or Technical Engineering Experience • Several years of B2B commercial experience with consumables • Strong background in metalworking fluids or industrial lubricants • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities • Proven ability to work across cultures and build trusted partnerships Nice-to-haves • Existing network within the metalworking sector • Experience managing European or global accounts What’s in it for you?
