Tasks
1. Own the full sales cycle for a defined customer segment, leading cross‑functional teams from acquisition to close
2. Build and grow strategic customer relationships, driving upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term revenue
3. Prepare proposals and contracts and act as the key contact for customer stakeholders
4. Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor insights
5. Ensure contract‑compliant service delivery and continuously improve customer satisfaction
6. Collaborate with Marketing and PR to support go‑to‑market initiatives

7. Completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through relevant training and professional experience.
8. Good knowledge of the airfreight and/or aviation industry
9. Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action, high cost awareness, ability to recognise and assess economic relationships, and a strong willingness to take responsibility
10. Confident presence with excellent communication, negotiation and assertiveness skills
11. Ability to represent the company both internally and externally.
12. Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills; decision-making ability and implementation strength.
13. High flexibility and initiative.
14. Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel
15. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
