Brand Manager (f/m/
Your area of responsibility:
* Responsibility for the brand and product portfolio incl. P&L management
* Management and control of innovation processes from the idea to the market launch
* Planning and implementation of relaunches, product and packaging optimisations
* Market and competitive analysis and development of effective insights
* Development and implementation of marketing strategies and communication measures
* Monitoring and optimisation of brand performance based on relevant KPIs
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the company's goals
Your Profile
* Completed studies in marketing, communication or comparable qualification
* 3-5 years of experience in product/brand management, ideally in the FMCG sector
* Experience in brand management, project management and product innovation
* Analytical skills and strategic thinking
* High level of initiative, creativity and communication skills
* Digital affinity and enthusiasm for brands and high-quality products
* Team player with assertiveness and hands-on mentality
* Fluent German and English skills
