We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee Human Resources functions at our Dresden and Zwickau locations. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager Germany, this role is pivotal in driving HR on site in line with the strategy and in collaboration with our stakeholders and Group Functions. Besides ensuring smooth HR Operation, legal and regulatory compliance, the HR Manager will be fostering an open workplace culture and supporting in attracting and retaining our talents as a key to success. As an integral member of the local Management Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Take care of full HR life cycle for the R&D and Engineering Center Dresden as well as our recently integrated Engineering site Zwickau, including payroll in collaboration with the external service provider
Collaborate with management to attract and retain top talent and to align HR strategies with business objectives and local needs
Manager HR Germany and the HR Germany Team exchanging best practice and working on HR Projects
Interact with the HR Group functions i.e. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition for projects and regular HR activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, consult managers on HR legal aspects and manage disciplinary actions
Oversee local GDPR, EHS & ESG topics in collaboration with EMEA Team and stakeholders on site and external ensuring compliant, equal and safe working environment
Take care of company cars related issues and compliance with policies
Supervise and mentor the HR Administrator, providing guidance and support
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
~5 years’ relevant experience in a complex HR role as HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner; Experience working in an international environment with a matrix structure
~ Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills across various levels and the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships
~ Proficiency in HR software (i.e. Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
~ Fluent in German and English
