* Achieving revenue targets by the overall management of Components Distribution channel in the region.
* Develop, grow and take ownership of Distribution strategy.
* Understand TAM and develop local strategies.
* Identify and actively manage key indirect accounts.
* Manage customer and channel relationship.
* Develop and implement program for efficient account planning and reporting.
* Manage Distribution inventory through professional account management.
* Forecast product requirements and business potential as accurately as possible.
* Develop positive and strong relationship with direct customers at management level.
Qualifications :
* 10 years’ experience of sales / business management in a Distribution environment preferably in Components & IT Industry
* Good knowledge of both IT Distributors and Etailers.
* Good knowledge of local market dynamic and channels
* Experience in an international environment
* Strong individual contributor with ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Positive and inspiring
* Ability to work in a pressurized and challenging environment
* Excellent analytical and planning skills
* Excellent understanding of customer requirements with a determination to match their expectations at all times
* Flexible
* Good level of English, both written and spoken
