For our office in Hamburg or Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Communication Manager (m/f/d) In close coordination with the CEO Office and the shareholders, you will be responsible for continuing and further developing the corporate communications of Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft. You will ensure that all communications remain consistent, credible, and strategically aligned, both internally and externally, while strengthening the company’s profile as an asset manager specialising in essential investments. In this role, you will continue the established communication activities, further refine existing format,s and introduce your own ideas to enhance the visibility and reputation of Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft in the market. Your Responsibilities Strategic Communication Management: In close collaboration with the CEO Office and in alignment with the shareholders, you will plan and manage all communication activities of Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft, from internal communications and media relations to corporate branding. You will ensure that messages, content and tone are consistent with the corporate strategy and the interests of the shareholders. Content Creation & Storytelling: You will produce and coordinate high-quality content such as press releases, company profiles, intranet and social media texts. You will be able to translate complex topics from the fields of investment, infrastructure and sustainability into precise and engaging communication. Media and Reputation Management: You will maintain and expand existing media contacts, develop proactive topic ideas and support interviews, statements and expert contributions. In addition, you will monitor and evaluate media coverage and derive recommendations for action. Internal and Leadership Communication: You will plan and implement internal communication initiatives that promote transparency, dialogue and identification, for example through management updates, internal news or town halls. You will also advise senior management on internal communication initiatives and during change processes. Project Management & Coordination: You will coordinate external partners and service providers (e.g. PR agencies, designers, translators) and manage interfaces with other departments. You will ensure quality, adherence to deadlines and budget compliance across all communication projects. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: You will analyse communication activities based on defined KPIs and continuously develop formats and processes, particularly with regard to digital channels and innovative communication tools. Your Profile University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, ideally in the financial or energy sector and within an international environment. Experience in both strategic and operational communications as well as in implementing media and PR activities. Confident handling of editorial processes, media requests and corporate storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Structured, self-reliant and highly organised working style with strong attention to detail and quality. Strong interpersonal and advisory skills combined with team spirit, diplomatic sensitivity and a solution-oriented mindset.
