We are currently looking forward to hiring a part-time Office & Shipping Management Assistant (20-hour/week) for 1-year duration, to support office and order management responsibilities. This a work-from-office role based out of FIERY’s EMEA office in Ratingen (Germany).

Role & Responsibilities:
* Order processing in SAP
* Acceptance of deliveries and preparation of packages for domestic and international shipping, including customs clearance
* Contact person for logistics service providers
* General office management
* Internal and external contact person for general inquiries at the office location
What you should bring with you
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Solid practical knowledge of global shipping processes and customs requirements Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

* Clear and polite communication style
* SAP knowledge (R/3 or Cloud) is advantageous
