Your Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to promote products and services.

* Retain existing customers by providing excellent service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in telesales or customer service.
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are assets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives.
