We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoGuard Enrollment/Cancellation Specialist to join our accounting team at Hendrick Automotive Group- The nation's largest privately held automotive group and a five-time #1 leader in U.S. online reputation!
You will be responsible for accurately reviewing and maintaining accounting schedules, enrollments/cancellations and posting aftermarket product in a timely manner.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Review and correct accounting schedules
2. Process enrollments/cancellations
3. Post ACH payments/charges received
4. Communicate with dealership personnel for contract corrections
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

7. Post ACH payments received
8. Follow approved office processes
9. Verify cancellation forms are accurate and completely filled out to include customer/dealer signature and refund section.
10. Distribute cancellation refunds accordingly (ex. cut checks, down payment JE).
11. Verify weekly enrollment charges and monthly cancellation payments received
12. Post charges and payments, upon receipt from accounting manager via bank reconciliation.
13. Manage/clear schedules for each assigned dealership.
14. Provide notes for any issues that need attention from dealership management and provide to Controller/Accounting manager for weekly review in debriefs.
15. Build relationships and communication with dealership personnel, accounting managers and HAG.
16. Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
17. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
18. Participates in required training
19. Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
20. Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
21. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
22. Complies with Company policies and procedures
23. Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
24. Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking for:
25. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
26. 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience
27. Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
28. Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
29. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
30. CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred
31. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
32. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
33. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
