* You take on-site management of the construction site: ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality implementation of all work from delivery to commissioning.
* You actively support the project manager in planning, setup, execution, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
* You coordinate and supervise construction and electrical work, plan resources, and ensure availability of tools and materials.
* You are the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* You lead trades, service providers, installation teams, as well as crane and transport companies, provide clear instructions, and coordinate processes.
* You strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and technical requirements; risk management including documentation.
* You have a technician or master's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, a technical education in mechanical engineering or electrical field, or equivalent qualification.
* You have several years of experience in construction site management, preferably in wind energy or similar large projects.
* You are proficient in MS Office (MS Project advantageous) and fluent in German/English, comparable to B2 level according to CEFR standards.
* You are organized, assertive, solution-oriented, independent, and a team player.
* Willingness to travel mainly within Germany and possibly to neighboring countries Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Luxembourg is required.
* You are willing to work every other Saturday.
