Goal of the position: Daily support of Limango employees, on-site in Munich (min. 3 days/week from the office) and remotely in Wroclaw office.
Daily tasks:
1. Ensuring the day-to-day operation of the company's IT systems.
2. Technical support for employees in international environment, including response to ad hoc request.
3. Installing and configuring operating systems and managing access rights.
4. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
5. Maintenance of computers, and peripherals, preparation of workstations.
6. Handling the procurement process.
7. Cooperation with external services, supervision of delivery and acceptance of equipment.
Candidate Profile
Professional requirements for the candidate:
8. You must have good written and verbal English skills + communicative German
9. You must have good knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office tools.
10. You must have basic networking knowledge.
11. Linux / MacOS knowledge is a plus.
12. Active Directory experience is a plus.
13. Familiarity with Jira / Confluence is a plus.
