Your Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruiting throughout the entire talent acquisition process for our client AIRBUS within Germany
* Direct sourcing of suitable candidates through various channels
* Applicant management including communication, documentation, and process coordination
* Conducting interviews that stand out through empathy, clarity, and personality
* Matching candidate profiles with open positions and project requirements
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
* Ongoing monitoring of market trends with the aim of continuously optimizing and developing our sourcing strategies
What Sets You Apart:
* Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally with a background in temporary staffing or personnel placement
* Proficiency in working with HR tools (e.g., HR4You)
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Knowledge of German, French, and/or Spanish is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
* A structured working style and strong organizational skills
* Enjoyment of teamwork and passion for talent acquisition
Additional Information:
This role can be filled either as a permanent position (with a registered address in Germany) or on a freelance basis, full-time or part-time. 100% remote work is possible.
