Job Description
This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading business development activities.
The position involves leading the charge in driving growth and expansion within our geographic area of responsibility.
* The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue in existing businesses.
* This includes identifying opportunities for cross-selling process development and manufacturing services, as well as increasing site penetration of key accounts.
The role also involves managing sites for key accounts and developing business development plans for new accounts.
A key aspect of this position is working closely with other business units, project management teams, and marketing to ensure coordination of efforts and effective communication with all parties.
This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide technical guidance and expertise in small molecule process development, pre-formulation developability assessment, formulation development, and clinical supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success meeting or exceeding goals / targets, experience successfully navigating large matrix organizations, and experience developing new accounts through various prospecting tactics.
