Your Future Responsibilities:
* As a key link between product management, customers, and development, you will gather and consolidate requirements for our software and hardware products
* Collect product feedback from customers, consultants, and support staff, and derive new requirements
* Review defined requirements for completeness, quality, clarity, consistency, and technical feasibility—while considering dependencies and risks—and assist the project team in prioritizing the requirements
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and military standards
* Carefully document all activities through reports, protocols, and technical instructions
You are a good fit if you have:
* Completed technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Initial practical experience in requirements engineering or in a project environment is a plus (e.g., through internships or student jobs)
* Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a structured approach to work
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and confidence working under pressure and in challenging situations
* Strong team spirit and a clear, solution-oriented communication style
