As our Junior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our commercial journey.
This role starts with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and opportunity qualification, working closely with our founders and sales leadership.
As you grow, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and develop into a Sales Manager — building long-term relationships with clients that rely on our solutions for their energy transition.
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outreach and market research
Collaborate with founders to craft tailored solutions and support customer proposals
Over time, own the complete sales cycle and grow into an Account Manager role
Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment where you take initiative and responsibility
Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus, but not required
German fluency required, English proficiency a strong plus.
