Key Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide
* Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of 1M+ procurement spend
* Building strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company's global objectives.
* Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues, improve operational processes that leverage automation and data.
* Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
* Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies.
* Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns.
Required Qualifications
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* You are experienced in the field of procurement sourcing, supply chain contracting and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment.
* You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision.
* You bring a hands-on mentality - you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings.
* You are motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains.
* You have native-level communication skills in German (preferred)
