We are seeking a dedicated Senior Medical Specialist (m/w/d) for Internal Medicine with a focus on Cardiology to join a well-established hospital known for high-quality care. Your responsibilities include:
* Delivering comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care in cardiology, including advanced interventional procedures such as rotational atherectomy, fractional flow reserve (FFR), intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), and coronary flow measurements.
* Managing complex cardiac arrhythmias with modern ablation techniques (e.g., pulmonary vein isolation), as well as device implantation and follow-up care for pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD), cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), and His bundle pacing (HBP).
* Treating structural heart diseases using minimally invasive methods like MitraClip, TriClip, and closure of patent foramen ovale (PFO), atrial septal defect (ASD), and left atrial appendage (LAA).
* Collaborating closely with the nephrology department and providing care for patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, which includes 12 internal medicine beds.

Your qualifications:
* Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine with a focus on Cardiology and practical experience in interventional cardiology procedures such as coronary angiography and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA).
* Expertise in device implantation (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT) and invasive electrophysiology is highly desirable.
* Additional qualifications in interventional cardiology or specialized rhythmology are advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
