🔧 What You’ll Do
* Lead development of cloud-native and hybrid (cloud/on-prem) platforms
* Translate architecture into actionable component-level decisions
* Collaborate with external engineering leads to ensure alignment
* Mentor and support engineers across the team
* Proactively manage and reduce technical debt
* Promote clean code, agile delivery, and DevOps best practice
🧩 What You Bring
* Proven track record with .NET, Azure, and scalable system design
* Strong grasp of SOLID, Clean Architecture, Twelve-Factor App
* Experience leading teams through complex projects
* Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines
* A drive for simplicity, performance, and code quality
