Role objective:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Social Media Content Moderators (m/f/d).

1.000€ relocation bonus
2.000€ signing bonus.
Location: Berlin (Onsite)
Working model: Full-time / Part-time
Your profile:
* Excellent Dutch & English language skills – no German needed!
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
* A clean, blank certificate of good conduct must be presented before starting work
* Strong awareness of cultural, political, and social trends in the Nederlands
* Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)

o 1.000€ relocation bonus (min. 100 km to Berlin).

o 2.668,50€ monthly salary (40h/week) + 150€ monthly individual performance bonus.
o 40% shift bonus for Sundays/public holidays.
o 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm–6:30 am).

*All amounts are stated as gross and will be prorated for part-time positions.
As a Content Moderator you will:
* Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines
* Review, block and delete content that goes against our client’s community standards
* Commit to deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times
* Have a direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes and the spread of misinformation in online spaces
