Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to reinforce our corporate financing operations team for a six-month assignment.
Credit Contracting handles structuring corporate financing transactions, monitoring services and internal/external reporting activities. Our goal is to optimize operational efficiency, data quality and harmonize operational setup with Business Lines and IT teams.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing physical mail, scanning, sending and chasing emails in a timely manner.
2. Monitoring the team mailbox and allocating emails to the relevant parties.
1. Inputting collaterals into our IT system accurately and efficiently.
1. Analyzing anomalies relating to Real Estate collaterals and periodic valuation automated processes to ensure accuracy.
1. Performing basic analysis of Data Quality dashboard hits to identify areas for improvement.
1. Formalizing operational controls to maintain high standards of service delivery.
1. Producing performance indicators on support activities to measure success.
