Your mission
Create and Manage Procurement Plans for designated Products/Services
Coordinate Regional Procurement Plans in coordination with the responsible subsidiaries
Support Procurement Strategy implementation in cooperation with the Department Manager
Support Implementation of Regional Procurement Standards and Processes
Execute procurement strategies for air freight and sea freight forwarding services in line with the company's objectives and requirements
Identify, evaluate and on-board new suppliers, negotiating favorable rates, contracts, and service level agreements
Contract management and drafting
Regular vendor evaluations & KPI Management Support
Supplier relationship management and strategic negotiations, regular business reviews
Support development of the Glovis Procurement Management System (GPMS)
Prepare market analytics and provide regular reporting
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in freight forwarding
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to implement and coordinate projects effectively
Good knowledge about logistics market/field and procurement process
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Fluent English language and advanced Excel skills are required for the role
