As part of your role, you are responsible for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting in sales – ensuring that our decisions are based on solid and reliable figures
~ You will be the driving force in the Sales Pipeline Review: You will prepare data, organize appointments and meetings, and ensure that defined measures are implemented
~ In the strategic long-term planning BBMSP, you will coordinate the entire process, all relevant data, and the functions involved
~You will keep an eye on the most important sales key performance indicators (KPIs), calculate them reliably, and track them consistently
~ Collaboration with other departments is a given for you – you will network, exchange ideas, and advance projects together as a team
Working Practice: Strong analytic and organizational skills, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, persuasive communications
Experience and Knowledge: At least 5 years working experience as an financial analyst or as sales operations analyst, strong skills in Excel and PPT, prior experience with a CRM system and SAC/Power BI desirable, able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data
Fluent in English, German beneficial
