Sales Enablement Specialist (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

What if you could drive smarter, more efficient, and more connected sales operations across EMEA? As a Sales Enablement Specialist (f/m/x), you will help harmonise processes, tools, and training approaches across the EMEA Sales organisation at Sysmex Europe SE. As part of a growing, collaborative team, you will contribute to optimising sales effectiveness and supporting the successful adoption of CRM and sales enablement initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating closely with the Sales Enablement Lead in EMEA to support the execution of regional CRM and sales enablement initiatives
2. Partnering with regional Heads of Sales, Marketing, and the CRM IT team to ensure alignment and adoption of the EMEA CRM harmonization strategy
3. Assisting in the development and design of new online and offline training and technology initiatives, including documentation, testing, training, coordination, rollout, and evaluation
4. Leveraging the potential of AI to enhance training concepts and delivery
5. Implementing train-the-trainer concepts in close cooperation with business process owners and trainers
6. Training Sales and Marketing CRM users on new processes and concepts, ensuring sustainable and future-oriented solutions across EMEA
7. Supporting and advising key users in business departments on the implementation of their CRM-related processes across the region
8. Driving change management initiatives by promoting CRM success stories and KPIs that highlight business value
9. Contributing to the evolution of the Sales Enablement strategy through process optimization and innovative AI-driven training approaches
10. Leading or co-leading special ad-hoc projects to support the development and rollout of new initiatives

Your profile

You are a strong match for this role if you bring experience in Sales and Marketing processes and are passionate about enabling others to succeed. Ideally, you offer the following qualifications and strengths:
11. Several years of experience in Sales and Marketing processes, including at least 2 years in sales or sales management, ideally in the medical device industry
12. Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365
13. Solid training skills, including the use of the latest learning technologies
14. A high level of motivation and the ability to drive projects independently to completion
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organisation
17. A high degree of personal responsibility paired with innovative and solution-oriented thinking
18. Persistence, accuracy, and a friendly demeanou, even in challenging situations
19. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for achieving client and organisational success
20. Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
21. Practice in project coordination or supporting regional rollouts across multiple countries is an advantage
