Main Responsibilities
* Provide human resources and administrative management to meet business objectives within a fair working environment.
* Lead HR processes, policies, and tools to attract, retain, and motivate employees in line with Group standards.
* Partner with management teams to implement HR strategies supporting business performance and organizational development.
* Ensure reliability and data security of the payroll system.
* Plan and adjust manpower needs in accordance with business evolution and plant budget.
* Advise managers on organization design and staff development.
Competencies & Requirements
* Master’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field).
* Strong knowledge of local labor legislation.
* Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including a solid background as a generalist in an industrial environment (automotive preferred).
* Proven experience across all HR processes and the full employee life cycle.
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
