1. Title: Facilities and Logistics - Operations Manager Assistant
2. Location: Sinsheim, Germany
3. Start Date: 1st July
4. Job-Type: PartTime with an option for Full-Time (Hybrid)


We are looking for a a Facilities and Logisitics Operations Manager Assistant to join our team in our Sinsheim office. Your principal responsibility will be to provide services as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Your personal creativity, initiative, and input are welcomed in all aspects of your duties. You are expected to work in a fully engaged, hands-on fashion, building the team - providing motivation and inspiration to your team and the company as a whole.

As a member of the French Consulting management team, set a precedent for excellence and caring through living by example.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but are not limited to:

5. Organize and maintain personnel records (new hires & separation / hard copies & on server)
6. Draft contingency offers / offer letters / extension letters / termination letters
7. Draft letters of recommendation / letters of reprimand
8. Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
9. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
10. Complete In-Processing packages for new hires
11. Complete Out-Processing documentation for out-going personnel
12. Arrange travel accommodations
13. Review and process expense reports for personnel
14. Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
15. Answer employees queries about HR-related topics (W2, paystubs)
16. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication
17. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event, Christmas Party, Family Day)
18. Nurture a positive working environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
19. Knowledge in customer skill.
20. Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
21. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
23. Strong decision-making skills
24. Valid driving licence.
25. Be fluent in English and German languages.
