Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is increasingly popular worldwide. We aim to turn display advertising into a science that all users can leverage for their programmatic campaigns.

Our Amazon DSP team seeks a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join our growing team based in Germany.

As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise customers, known as programmatic trading desks. You will develop customer expertise in our DSP, helping them meet and exceed their business objectives. This customer-facing role involves working closely with programmatic traders at agencies and advertisers, as well as internal Amazon Ads teams, to address customer needs.

Your typical engagement may include onboarding new traders, delivering training on new features, assisting with beta features, consulting on business strategies, overseeing campaign execution, providing optimization recommendations, and conducting deep dives to identify root causes of issues.

You will advocate for customers within Amazon, provide troubleshooting support, and relay customer feedback to inform product and service improvements. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will help customers become proficient users of our DSP, viewing Amazon DSP as their preferred platform.

You should be passionate about understanding customer objectives and addressing them using our services and best practices to promote adoption of Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity, and domain knowledge will enable you to understand our offerings thoroughly and communicate with passion, authority, empathy, and clarity.


Key job responsibilities

1. Owning relationships with programmatic trading desk managers and engaging with various organizational levels to understand business objectives.
2. Providing onboarding, support plans, training, ongoing consultation, and industry best practices.
3. Analyzing data to identify improvements, root causes, and formulate recommendations.
4. Assisting with product beta participation, capturing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Improving processes and tools for the PSC team to better serve customers.


A day in the life

Engagement activities include onboarding, training, beta support, strategic consulting, campaign oversight, optimization, deep dives, troubleshooting, and feedback propagation. You will operate as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers develop proficiency with our DSP and see Amazon DSP as their preferred platform.

You will be passionate about understanding customer objectives and addressing them using our services and best practices to drive adoption of Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity, and domain knowledge will enable you to understand our offerings thoroughly and communicate effectively with customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 4+ years experience in programmatic advertising
* Proficient communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Additional European languages or Mandarin
* Vertical expertise in sectors like entertainment, automotive, etc.
