Key Account Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 + Bonus DOE

Overview:

Our client is a Berlin-based MedTech company dedicated to developing an AI-based software solution which analyses medical images.

In this position, you’ll take the lead in nurturing and advising an established customer base while also driving efforts to win over new business. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle autonomously, developing strong, long-term partnerships, particularly within the radiology sector. Alongside this, you’ll craft customised growth plans for your clients and contribute valuable feedback to support ongoing product enhancement. Close collaboration within the team helps ensure continuous improvement and allows us to streamline workflows for maximum effectiveness.

Tasks:

* Taking ownership of the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities in your pipeline, including proactive outreach to attract new clients.
* Supporting and advising existing customers on how to best use and expand their adoption of our solutions.
* Creating tailored growth plans for strategic accounts that align with the broader commercial objectives.
* Cultivating and sustaining strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the radiology space, such as hospital leadership and industry associations.
* Collecting and forwarding customer feedback for the targeted development and optimal positioning of our products.
* Regular exchange on current customer strategies and internal processes to further optimize collaboration within the team and continuously develop ourselves.

Your Profile:

* You bring a minimum of three years’ experience in selling SaaS products, ideally involving complex, high-explanation solutions— preferably within AI or radiology .
* You’re naturally proactive, adaptable, and enjoy connecting with people. You thrive on uncovering client needs and crafting custom-fit solutions.
* You value open communication and are someone who enjoys sharing expertise within the team to foster continuous improvement and collective growth.
* Analytical thinking comes naturally to you, and you're genuinely interested in both technical systems and medical topics. You’re quick to get up to speed with new tools and responsibilities.
* Streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency are part of your mindset. Data-backed decision-making and clear, direct communication are second nature to you.
* You look forward to representing the company at industry events and trade shows. You’re comfortable handling preparation, follow-up, and lead tracking as part of your regular workflow.
* You are fluent in both German and English.
* You are currently based in Germany.
