As Operations Manager, you will lead one of the core shifts within the fulfillment center, managing a team of Area Managers and associates. You will own shift-level performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost. What we look for: Required • High school leaving exam or higher education. • 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management. • Proven people leadership experience, managing large teams in fast-paced environments. • English proficiency. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Preferred • MBA or university degree in a related field. • 5 years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics management. • Certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analytics tools. • Experience managing high-volume operations with automation and process optimization.
