About Us
Greenman Energy is a company within the Greenman Group, specialising in the installation and operation of photovoltaic systems and fast-charging stations for electric vehicles. Currently, we are deploying our systems across approximately 100 supermarkets owned by the Greenman OPEN fund, but in the coming years, we plan to expand our portfolio to include third-party properties.
The Position
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the office. This includes office organisation, managing reception, post, documentation, invoices, trip and construction site planning/organisation, and customer service both internally and externally to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and organise office activities
* Oversee stock of office supplies
* Greet visitors at office
* Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
* Organise documents
* Reach out to business contacts via phone
* Manage invoices
Skills
* Great time management and organisational skills
* Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
* German language skill (English is a plus)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
