Key areas of responsibility and competence:
1. Supervision and development of the area of marketing for the Czech Republic in all its complexity, leadership and development of the assigned team members.
2. Lead brand strategy development and implementation across all company touchpoints
3. Planning, setting up, executing, and overseeing the CZ marketing & ATL/BTL communications strategy in alignment with local management and CEE headquarters business objectives
4. Responsible for strategy, tactics, execution and of all advertising, campaign activities (Residential, Commercial and Service) across all channels: digital marketing activities (local website, PPC, SEA, SEO, newsletters, analytics, …) design and implementation of the B2C and B2B campaigns and Social Media presence supporting and handling marketing automation platforms (CDC, lead generation system, internal) localization of product literature (project management, translation..) different events on local and regional level like conferences, seminars, factory visits etc. supporting all relevant stakeholders with marketing information, developing and organizing POS materials and promotion tools (sales, dealers, partner programs HCE/CSE/SPN/)
5. Strategy and execution of the PR communication B2B/B2C/B2G target groups specific (incl. reference projects, influencers communication projects etc.)
6. Handling corporate communication, press and media contact
7. Collaborate with the sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
8. Execute marketing support for the Environmental activities (professional platforms and forums, conferences) and develop marketing strategies aligned with government energy efficiency programs
9. Plan, monitor and ensure the respective marketing budget is in line with HQ guideline
10. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, corporate KPI and budget allocation across segments
11. Manage the relationships and tenders with marketing vendors and agencies
12. Handle the CSR support and marketing
13. Other tasks according to instructions of manager and statutory body of the employer
