Manpower Luxembourg is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant (M/F/X) for a client specialized in digital music distribution, for an assignment starting ASAP until June.
Your missions:
Attached to the Accounts Receivable Manager within the Finance department, you will support the team in the daily management of client accounting activities.
Your responsibilities will include:

Control of digital invoices issued
*
Recording and reconciliation of incoming payments
*
Booking of Production Marketing and Digital & Physical Distribution invoices
*
Analysis of balances and identification of potential anomalies
*
Monitoring and reconciliation of digital revenue with the financial system
*
Participation in monthly closing activities of auxiliary accounts
*
Analysis of accounts including accruals and provisions
*
Preparation of financial reports (aged balance, PMD reports, etc.)
*
Intercompany re-invoicing to subsidiaries
*
Justification of client accounts
*
Monitoring and updating KPI data
*
Participation in weekly meetings with operational teams
*
Support during audits and preparation of documentation for external auditors
Your profile:
*
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
*
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or auxiliary accounting
*
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, functions…)
*
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
*
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
*
Knowledge of Sage X3 is considered an advantage
