As a key member of our team, you will assist the Solution Train Engineers in various tasks such as preparing workshops and meetings, supporting communication with stakeholders and customers, and creating roadmaps for strategic activities within the Solution Train.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist Solution Train Engineers in their daily tasks
* Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings
* Support communication tasks within the Solution Train and with customers and stakeholders
* Create and maintain roadmaps for strategic activities within the Solution Train
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Communication Sciences, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
* Proficiency in working with Jira and Confluence
* Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or SAFe is a plus
* Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
* Strong communication skills, motivation, and a team-oriented mindset
