Job Title: Pricing and Business Development Specialist
Description:

1. Support coordination of global strategy process and regional strategy development for growth markets such as the automotive, electronics, and construction industries.
2. Ensure compliance in customer, opportunity, and portfolio management processes as well as market intelligence.
3. Contribute to the global Best@Customer process, customer segmentation, and KPI definition based on customer classification.
4. Assist in the global RLOP (Roehm Lead & Opportunity Management) process and support business rules development with regional teams.
5. Prepare and execute the global NPS (Net Promoter Score) process and support additional customer or application-specific surveys.
6. Support annual portfolio analysis and the definition of related measures.
7. Conduct competitive and market environment analyses.
8. Evaluate innovation ideas through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
9. Support global internal and external communication.
10. Foster cooperation with associations and universities; manage global membership budgets.
11. Contribute to global pricing process, strategy, and implementation.
12. Support integration and optimization of global demand planning within the SIOP process to balance supply and demand.
13. Align demand planning with supply chain KPIs.
14. Translate demand planning into monthly financial forecasting.
15. Support MTP (Mid Term Planning), especially Topline planning down to contribution margin.
16. Drive standardization and efficiency improvements in demand planning processes.
