To strengthen our sales team we are looking for an ambitious and committed full-time Telesales Agent Outbound for the UK/ Nordic/ Benelux regions at our Nuremberg, Munich or Rhine/Main branches, effective immediately. Your duties: You contribute to our sales success by generating leads that you qualify in depth. You arouse interest for our innovative solution on the part of your contact at potential customers during an initial telephone call. To this end, you make outbound (cold) calls in the UK, Nordic and Benelux regions. Using a special technique of asking questions you ensure that you find out key information about the situation at the lead and you arrange a client demo appointment for our account managers. In the long term you are able to handle webcasts on your own. You are our point of contact for all international inbound enquiries, which you receive, qualify and forward to the correct contact in an expert manner. You work closely with our account managers to identify target customers, sectors and leads. You are also in close contact with Marketing to continuously increase the quality of our leads. Your profile: You have successfully completed your training and/or further training in the area of sales and telephone sales. You have relevant work experience in the area of telesales and a proven track record of success in telephone sales. Telephone sales is your forte and “No” is not a reason for you to give up. You enjoy conducting calls! You have excellent communication skills and know how to use these successfully with your exceptional selling expertise. Even in turbulent times you work methodically, with care and in a goal-oriented manner, and are a confident partner no matter the situation. You are determined and persistent, and can integrate well into a small team. You can motivate yourself time and again.
