Our client, a fast-growing player in the clean energy transition, is seeking a strategic and motivated Business Developer to lead the origination and acquisition of solar PV projects (excluding land scouting).
You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s solar portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities, building strong partnerships, and structuring impactful deals across early, mid, and ready-to-build development stages.
💼 What You’ll Do
* Source and secure solar project opportunities through acquisitions and co-development deals
* Build trusted relationships with developers, IPPs, and project owners
* Conduct high-level project due diligence with support from internal teams
* Lead or support commercial negotiations and transaction execution
* Monitor market trends and maintain an up-to-date project pipeline
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and integration

* Proven experience in solar PV project origination, M&A, or business development
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Excellent network within the solar and renewable energy sector
* Deep understanding of project lifecycle, permitting, and regulatory frameworks
