Job Description Rotork is entering an exciting phase of its growth plus strategy, and we’re looking for a Sector Manager for the Water & Power (W&P) end market in Germany. You'll take ownership of one of our most strategically important sectors. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape commercial direction, unlock new opportunities, and drive meaningful growth in a market with huge long‑term potential. You’ll be the force behind strengthening our presence in critical infrastructure, helping customers modernise, optimise, and future‑proof their operations. This is far more than a sales role. As Sector Manager, you’ll influence strategy, lead a talented sales team, and work across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services to bring innovative solutions to life. What You’ll Do Deliver and exceed W&P sector sales targets Lead account development and drive long‑term growth Own sector P&L and ensure profitable performance Coach and develop sales teams to deepen customer penetration Provide market intelligence and support product roadmap development Ensure accurate forecasting and strong channel performance Lead W&P‑focused campaigns, events, and new product introductions Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services What You Bring Degree in Engineering Senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (7 years) Proven track record of commercial success Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑focused mindset Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast‑changing environment Integrity, cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking Why It Matters Water & Power is a strategically critical market with huge growth potential.
