In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of talented creatives focused on crafting engaging digital content that captivates, converts, and elevates our brand presence across paid and organic channels.You will be responsible for driving forward our digital-first content strategy — spanning paid social, social media, campaign assets, and innovative digital formats. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong openness to AI in improving efficiency, enhancing content production, and unlocking new creative potential. The successful candidate will also have demonstrable experience and talent for creating a broad range of Social Media content, both paid and organic. The objective will be to set up clear workflows to deliver a steady stream of high-quality content at scale, that benefits our brands both short and long-term across key social channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be able to ably balance commercial objectives with content that inspires, entertains and delivers results.This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital content and inspire a team to deliver stand-out work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will do

1. Lead and manage the Digital Content team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth.
2. Oversee the creation of high-quality digital assets for paid social, social media, and broader campaigns.
3. Collaborate closely with Digital Advertising, Brand, CRM, and eCommerce to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all channels.
4. Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies that engage our audiences and drive performance.
5. Champion innovation in digital storytelling and visual content across platforms.
6. Ensure brand consistency, high standards, and a test-and-learn approach to optimise content effectiveness.
7. Provide mentorship, guidance, and regular feedback to team members, nurturing their professional development.
8. Manage project timelines, creative workflows, and resource planning to meet deadlines and quality standards.
9. Stay on top of trends in digital content, social platforms, and consumer behaviours to inform future creative direction.

What you should bring

10. Minimum 3 years experience in a creative leadership role, with further experience in content creation roles either via agency or in-house..
11. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital content for paid and organic channels.
12. A doer, not only a thinker – you must have a sound technical grasp of platforms and software to work closely with the team in order to deliver on targets.
13. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a creative team.
14. Excellent understanding of performance-driven creative and how to balance brand and conversion objectives.
15. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving and creative development.
16. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
17. Curiosity and foundational knowledge of AI tools ( generative AI, automation platforms) and enthusiasm for exploring their use to scale content and improve efficiency
18. A passion for innovative storytelling and staying ahead of digital trends.
19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
