What you do Play a key role in the international market entry of a bidirectional charging solution that turns our customers’ homes into a sustainable, income-generating energy hub Own the full end-to-end process for bringing our bidirectional wallbox from manufacturer to our customers’ homes. Build and manage a trusted partner network for sales and installation across key European markets. Set up efficient, scalable operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution in multiple countries. Design and optimize the installer journey —from clear instructions and app support Who you are Successfully completed university degree, preferably in Engineering or any energy-related field Several years of experience in the energy industry Appropriate years of work experience in charging infrastructure—ideally working directly with installation companies. Experience with third-party hardware, ideally EV charging stations or energy management systems. A strong understanding of installer needs, both commercial and on-the-ground realities. The ability to keep the big picture in focus while balancing competing priorities. A hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
